Free Shipping

Economy shipping is free on orders of $100 or more shipped to a US address.

US Shipping Rates

Economy: free on orders of $100 or more; otherwise $4.90 for orders up to 5 lb, or $19.90 for orders from 5 lb to 70 lb.
Standard: $6.90 for orders up to 1 lb, or $9.90 for orders from 1 lb to 5 lb.

Processing & Delivery Times

Normal order processing takes 1–3 business days.
If your order contains a made-to-order item, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for processing.
Once shipped, US packages typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

International Shipping

International rates depend on the destination and are calculated and shown at checkout.

Canada and Australia: packages typically arrive within 3–10 business days.
Europe: packages typically arrive within 7–10 business days.
Asia: packages typically arrive within 7–10 business days.

Duties For International Orders

We are not in control of any country-specific tariffs and duties imposed on your order by your respective government. Taxes and duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility. If you used a promotion code on your order, you will be charged taxes and duties based on the original price. We are legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of any item(s) purchased.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be charged on goods shipped within Hawaiʻi.

Stolen Packages & Damages

Makena is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please confirm your address before submitting your order.
