US Shipping

• USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express
• Rate depends on the total of your order, rates will be shown at checkout.
• Normal Order Processing takes 1-3 business days.
• If your order contains a made-to-order item please allow an additional 3-5 business days for processing.
• Once Shipped, packages will typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
• Pre-order items are not eligible for Express Shipping

Stolen Packages & Damages

Makena is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please confirm your address before submitting your order.
